Age Restrictions:

Unless specifically advertised otherwise, the Vogue Theatre is an all ages venue with bar service available to those 19+ (with 2 pieces of government issued photo ID). If an event is 19+, if the ticket holder cannot produce valid identification indicating that they are at least 19 years of age, they will not be admitted to the event and are not eligible for a refund.

Smoking:

The Vogue Theatre is a non-smoking venue. If anyone is found smoking inside, they will be asked to leave the venue.

Box Office & Ticketing:

If you wish to purchase tickets in person, the Vogue Theatre box office is open from 12:00PM-6:00PM on Thursday-Saturday. All tickets sold online for events at the Vogue Theatre are sold through TicketFly. Tickets purchased through third party resellers may be fraudulent or invalidated, and you may not be permitted entrance into the event.

If your ticket has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact Ticketfly.

Will Call:

To collect will call tickets at the Vogue Theatre, you will need your Photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. The Vogue box office is open from 12:00PM-6:00PM Thursday-Saturday. On other days the box office opens 30 minutes prior to doors on event nights for pick up, and will be available for the duration of the show.

Accessible Seating:

Wheel chair accessible seating is available at the Vogue Theatre. The accessible area is located at the back of the Left and Right Centre of the Orchestra. To purchase accessible seating tickets they must be purchased by emailing boxoffice@voguetheatre.com.  There is also one accessible bathroom on the main floor reserved for those guests.

Re-Entry Policy:

The Vogue does not allow in-and-out privileges at any events. Once you have left the theatre, you will not be admitted back inside.

ATMs:

The Vogue Theatre has 3 ATMs available to patrons.

Parking:

There are several parking lots within walking distance from the theatre in addition to meter parking on Smithe St & Nelson St.

Camera Policy:

The Vogue’s camera policy is dependent on the artist or performer. Often we will not know definitively until the night of the show, but typically cameras are not permitted without valid media accreditation.

If you think you’ve misplaced an item while attending an event, please email info@voguetheatre.com with a description of the lost item and we will do our best to find it for you.
