Vogue FAQ’s:

Parking:

There are several parking lots within walking distance from the theatre in addition to meter parking on Smithe St & Nelson St.

Will Call:

To collect your pre-purchased tickets at the Vogue, you will need your Photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. The box office opens one half hour prior to doors on show nights for pick up.  Your tickets will be available for the duration of the show.

E-Mail/Print-At-Home:

On Select events ticketed by TicketFly, we offer to send your tickets to you via e-mail. If you have selected E-mail/Print-at-Home as your delivery method, your tickets will be sent to the provided e-mail address upon completion of your order. The body of the e-mail will be the receipt, and your tickets will be attached as a .pdf file, 1 page per ticket.

If your email fails to arrive, be aware that some e-mail providers can filter emails into Spam or Junk Mail folders. If there are no tickets in that spot as well, please contact TicketFly at 1-888-732-1682.

Accessible Seating

Wheel chair accessible seating is available at the Vogue Theatre. The accessible area is located at the back of the Left and Right Centre of the Orchestra. To purchase accessible seating tickets they must be purchased over the phone through TicketFly at 1-888-732-1682.  There is also one accessible bathroom on the main floor reserved for handicapped guests.

Camera Policy:

The Vogue’s camera policy is dependent on the artist or performer. Often we will not know definitively until the night of the show, but typically any cameras with a removable lens will need to be checked.

Pricing and Availability:

Tickets purchased through TicketFly, on-line or other, are subject to service fees. These fees are solely collected by TicketFly. TicketFly does not set ticket prices, distribution to other tickets outlets, inventory or any pre arranged seating policies.

Age Restrictions:

Unless specifically said otherwise, all events at the Vogue Theatre are all ages shows with 19+ bar inside. When an event is 19+, If the ticket holder cannot produce valid identification indicating that they are at least 19 years of age, they will not be admitted to the event and are not eligible for a refund.  Babes in arms are permitted with no ticket required but any child requiring a seat must have a purchased ticket.

Capacity:

The Vogue Theatre can seat 1161 patrons for a reserved seating show, and 1250 for a general admission standing room event.

Doors and Curfew:

Doors typically open 1 hour before show time and remain open until the event is finishing. Events at the Vogue will usually go no later than 12AM Midnight.

In and Out policy:

The Vogue does not allow In-and-out privileges at any events. Once you have left the theatre, you will not be admitted back inside.

Smoking:

The Vogue Theatre is a non-smoking venue. If anyone is found smoking inside, they will be asked to leave the venue.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons that are not controlled by TicketFly we will attempt to contact the purchaser by e-mail and /or post information on our website regarding refund or exchange procedures. Cancellation policies are set by the event producer/promoter, not TicketFly. Ticket refunds are typically issued by crediting the credit card used to purchase the ticket. TicketFly is not liable for any expenses that the purchaser has incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement of event. Please contact TicketFly at 1-888-732-1682 for more information if an event is cancelled or postponed.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Our clients set these and therefore TicketFly is prohibited from offering any refunds or exchanges.
